Beach Nourishment

Current project status of beach nourishment in Pass-A-Grille beach:

July 21, 2024

Beach nourishment is happening now at Pass-A-Grille beach.  The project funds were approved by the County and they are taking sand from the Grand Canal in Terre Verde and the Pass-A-Grille inlet and pumping it onto Pass-A-Grille beach.  A delay happened so the contractor, Gator Dredging is now working 24/7 on the project to complete the beach up to 22nd Ave by Halloween.  See the County website for updates: Pass-a-Grille Beach Nourishment - Pinellas County
