On Monday, April 22, 2024, Protect St. Pete Beach Advocacy Group sent the following letter to the TradeWinds attorneys with an offer to withdraw opposition to the CUP application, subject to certain conditions:
In this letter, PSPB outlines specific conditions, resulting from dialog with many stakeholders, that we believe will make the TradeWinds redevelopment project a win-win for our community.
While we have serious concerns with the TradeWinds project as proposed, we appreciate the vision put forth by 1754 Properties and hope that we can come to an agreement that works for everyone.
